Manage product deliveries to PRs from the box office
Fourvenues allows you to assign drinks or other products directly to your PRs from PRO, so they can be printed in a controlled way from Box Office.
This feature is ideal for preventing fraud and keeping a clear record of what each team member receives.
Assign products to each PR from PRO
- Go to Fourvenues PRO → Event settings.
- Open the Product assignment section.
- Click Add product.
- Enter the product name (for example: “Drink,” “Merch,” “Staff T-shirt”).
- Assign the corresponding quantity to each PR based on what they should receive.
Example: Assign 2 drinks to Pedro, PR.
Deliver products from Box Office
- In Box Office, go to the Signatures section.
- Select the PR’s name to whom you’ll deliver the products.
- The system will show how many products they’ve been assigned and how many remain to be printed (for example: 0 of 2).
- Click Print.
The vouchers for the assigned products will print, and the transaction will be logged in the system.
This process ensures controlled, transparent, and fast deliveries — directly from the box office.
