You’ll learn how to assign products to your PR team and print controlled vouchers from the box office safely and efficiently.

Manage product deliveries to PRs from the box office

Fourvenues allows you to assign drinks or other products directly to your PRs from PRO, so they can be printed in a controlled way from Box Office.
This feature is ideal for preventing fraud and keeping a clear record of what each team member receives.

Assign products to each PR from PRO

Go to Fourvenues PRO → Event settings.
Open the Product assignment section.
Click Add product.
Enter the product name (for example: “Drink,” “Merch,” “Staff T-shirt”).
Assign the corresponding quantity to each PR based on what they should receive.

Example: Assign 2 drinks to Pedro, PR.

Deliver products from Box Office

In Box Office, go to the Signatures section.
Select the PR’s name to whom you’ll deliver the products.
The system will show how many products they’ve been assigned and how many remain to be printed (for example: 0 of 2).
Click Print.

The vouchers for the assigned products will print, and the transaction will be logged in the system.

This process ensures controlled, transparent, and fast deliveries — directly from the box office.
