Manage and charge guest lists at the box office efficiently
Box Office allows you to manage and charge guest lists directly from the scanning device, without needing to use Fourvenues PRO in parallel. This is ideal for situations where a list’s free entry period has expired and payments must be processed at the door.
Scan and edit the list on the spot
From the scanner view in the Access app, scan the customer’s guest list.
Mark how many people are entering at that moment.
If you have enabled the gender distinction option in PRO, you can specify the number of men and women separately.
Detect the list status and charge if necessary
The system will notify you if the free-entry list has expired. – Mark the list as paid directly from the same panel. – Select the payment method (cash or card).
Finalize the reception
Once payment is confirmed:
Mark the group’s access as received.
The sale is automatically recorded.
The customer enters normally.
