Scan tickets and deliver add-ons automatically

This use case shows how to proceed when a customer arrives with a ticket purchased online and needs to receive the add-ons included with it (such as a drink, cloakroom, or merchandise item).

Prerequisites

Before operating, make sure of the following:
– The printer is correctly connected.
– In the Access app, the option Print add-ons when scanning is enabled.

Step-by-step procedure

  1. The customer presents their ticket (previously purchased online).
  2. Scan the ticket using your device.
  3. The system will automatically print the associated add-ons.

Example: If the ticket includes one drink and one cloakroom voucher, two separate slips will be printed — one for each service.

No additional action is required. The system automatically detects and prints all included add-ons.

With this operational flow, you’ll improve the customer experience and speed up the delivery of services included with the ticket.
