Process refunds directly from the box office
In this chapter, you’ll see how to refund a ticket that was sold physically through Box Office using the Access app. It’s a simple process, but it requires a setting to be activated beforehand in Fourvenues PRO.
Enable the refund option
Before you can process refunds, make sure the following option is activated:
Log in to Fourvenues PRO.
Go to General settings.
Enable the option Refunds from Access.
This will allow refunds to be processed directly from the box-office device.
Refund the ticket from the Access app
Tap the three dots (options menu).
Go to Ticket list.
The most recent sale will appear at the top.
Tap the ticket you want to refund.
Tap the three dots → Refund.
Confirm the refund.
If the ticket was paid by card, the system will automatically process the refund and generate a refund receipt.
When does the customer receive the money?
The amount will be refunded directly to the customer’s card. The process may take a few days depending on the bank involved.
