Perform a sale from Box Office step by step

This use case shows how to carry out an in-person sale from the box office using Box Office — choosing the ticket type, processing the payment, and automatically delivering the included add-ons.

Basic on-site sales flow

  1. Select the type of ticket you want to sell (for example: General admission + 2 included add-ons).
  2. Choose the payment method (for example: Card).
  3. The card reader activates automatically.
  4. The customer taps or inserts their card to make the payment.
  5. Once the payment is complete, the system automatically prints the add-ons.

Advanced options: customization from Box Office

Before selling the next ticket, you can personalize the operation from the Box Office quick settings:

– Enable printing for both ticket and add-ons.
– Enable the editable price option if you need to adjust the value on the spot.

Once configured:

  1. Select the new ticket type (for example: Ticket + 1 drink).
  2. Adjust the price manually if needed.
  3. Choose the payment method.
  4. The ticket and drink voucher will print automatically.

This sales flow allows maximum agility at the door and flexibility to adjust prices or services in real time.
