Correct guest list entries in just a few steps
In this chapter, you’ll see how to undo the reception of an attendee who entered through a guest list. This function is useful in cases of scanning errors, duplicates, or incidents at the door.
Access the list entry history
In the Access app, open the Lists module.
Select the list where the entry was recorded.
Tap the three dots → Entry list.
Here you’ll see all the accesses that have been made through that specific list.
Cancel a specific entry
Find the entry you want to unreceive.
Tap the three dots next to it.
Select Cancel.
Confirm the action.
✅ The entry will be cancelled and will no longer count as received.
