Getting started
Welcome to the user permissions chapter of the Users and Sales Channels Module of Fourvenues Academy. Letβs begin!
When you create a new user, they will only be able to generate sales, view their counts, and access their CRM. According to their position or role within the organization, grant them access to other platform features.
Where Do I Change Permissions in PRO?
Settings > Permissions > Assign permissions > search for the userβs name and choose the permissions you want to assign.
Types of User Permissions:
1. Administrator Permission:
Full access to manage the platform, including all functionalities, reports, and actions. This role is automatically assigned to the user who creates a new organization.
2. Accounting Permission:
Allows viewing all company invoices, managing the wallet and withdrawal accounts, and sending money.
3. Gallery Permission:
Provides access to publish event photos on the microsite.
4. Sales Channel Management Permission:a:
Allows organizing users into groups, accepting or denying requests and partnerships, and granting this permission to other users.
5. Event Management Permission:
Allows creating, hiding, or canceling events, defining rates and zones, configuring user attendance, and viewing settlements.
Allows generating, modifying, or deleting other users’ sales, performing specific actions like viewing sales forecasts, sending invitations, and adding notes to reservations, as well as checking them in.
7. Reports Permissions:
Allows viewing all users’ sales but not modifying them.
8. Reception Permissions:
Specific for hostesses who will check in lists, tickets, passes, and open lists from Fourvenues Access or reservations from Fourvenues PRO.
9. Capacity Control:
Allows manually counting how many people enter and leave the venue to maintain an accurate real-time capacity figure.
You can grant multiple permissions to a user, and these are applied at the organization level.
Can I Grant a User Permissions for a Specific Event?
If you want to grant permissions for a specific event, do so from the Event Configuration area > Event Permissions.
