Learn How to Configure Your Organization’s Initial Settings
Welcome to the second chapter of the Fourvenues Academy Getting Started module. In this video, you’ll learn how to configure the basic settings of your business: general information, locations, and billing details. This setup is essential to get your organization ready to start selling.
Organization General Settings
From the main Fourvenues PRO dashboard, go to the Settings section and click Organization Details. Here you can:
- Upload your organization’s logo and cover image.
The cover image will be used by default as the event flyer unless you manually replace it for each event. - Add basic information such as:
- Organization name
- Contact person
- Links to your social media profiles and website
Note: Customers will not see your contact details, but they will be able to access your social media and official website from the sales link.
Make sure to save your changes before continuing.
Set Up Your Locations
In the Locations section, you can add as many addresses as your business needs.
- Click Add New Address
- Set the location name
- Drag the pin to position it accurately on the map
You can mark a location as default, so it appears on purchase links and on the PDF tickets your customers receive.
Add Your Billing Information
Go to the Invoices section to enter your organization’s billing details.
This step is mandatory in order to generate sales.
From here, you can also:
- View and download Fourvenues’ management fee invoices
Check the invoices of all your businesses if they share the same billing details (using the View Entire Company option)
