Visually Customize Your Customersβ Purchase Experience
Welcome to the chapter on design settings within Public Sales in Fourvenues.
Here, youβll learn how to configure the appearance of your tickets, lists, reservations and QR menus, as well as how to create customized discounts to offer a more polished and professional experience.
PDF Templates for Tickets
Go to:
Settings > Public Sales > PDF Templates
Here, you can choose between two template styles for the PDFs generated after each sale. Both include:
- Organization name
- Event date and location
- Service type (ticket, list, reservationβ¦)
- QR code
- Attendee name and details
- Purchased rate and conditions (such as included drinks or services)
The main difference between the templates is the amount of visual information and the space allocated for certain fields (such as additional data or customer details).
You can choose which template to use for each service (tickets, lists, or reservations).
Wallet Design
Go to:
Settings > Public Sales > Saved Designs
From here, you can create a design that will be applied to the Wallet format (Apple Wallet or Android Passbook). By clicking Create Design, you can customize:
- Color
- Logo
- Pass visual
- Dimensions of visual elements
Once configured, assign it a name, save it, and then apply it to different services (tickets, passes, reservations).
The customer can download it from the confirmation email or from the Tickets section in their profile.
Discount Codes
You can also create promotional codes for your services. In this section:
- Click Add Code
- Enter the code name and its description (not visible to the customer)
- Define the discount type:
- Percentage
- Fixed amount
- Configure usage limits:
- Minimum purchase amount
- Minimum and maximum number of tickets per transaction
- Total number of products the code can be applied to
π Remember: a limit of β0β means no limit.
Set Up QR Menus for Your Venue
Go to:
Settings > Public Sales > More Options > QR Menus
Here you can create digital menus accessible via QR:
- Click Create QR Menu
- Upload the file (JPG or PDF)
- Assign an identifying name
- Copy the menu link to share or embed on other platforms
- Create tags to classify them (e.g., βThursday Sessionβ)
- Assign the menu to different events based on day of the week, name, or date
- Archive menus you no longer need
