What is the Meta Pixel?
Imagine your website is a physical store. The Meta Pixel is like a detector placed at the entrance that tells you who walks in, what they look at, and whether they end up buying something. It provides useful data and metrics about your campaign performance, such as how many people visit your website and what products or pages they view, among others.
Benefits of the Meta Pixel
This information allows you to fine-tune your ad strategies on Facebook and Instagram to increase sales. In short, the Meta Pixel helps you better understand your customers and improve your marketing results.
Where Can You Find the Meta Pixel ID?
Once inside your ad account (Facebook Ads Manager), go to the menu on the left > All Tools > Events Manager.
Once inside, select the pixel you want to get the ID from.
You’ll see it on the left side. You can copy it to your clipboard by clicking on the bottom right corner of the screen.
How to Insert the Pixel ID into the Microsite
Go to Fourvenues PRO > Settings > Public Sales Settings Block > Website Configuration, where you’ll find the Tracking section.
This is where you need to insert the copied code into the field labeled “Pixel ID (Facebook)”.
