Welcome to the Introduction Chapter of the Fourvenues Academy Finance Module. Let’s get started!
In this module, you’ll discover how to set up your withdrawal account, manage funds, and understand the withdrawal process.
To access and manage financial tools, you’ll need accounting or admin permissions.
The withdrawal account is the bank account associated with your organization, allowing you to withdraw funds from events that have already taken place. It’s crucial for this account to match your business’s tax information and be approved by the financial team. For verification, you’ll need to provide your bank ownership certificate.
How to Add My Withdrawal Bank Account in Fourvenues PRO
Here’s how you can add it:
Go to “Settings” and select “Withdrawal Accounts” on the right side of your screen.
Click “Add Bank Account.”
Fill in the required fields.
Click “Save” to submit the request.
Your request will appear in orange, indicating it’s pending review by the Fourvenues financial team. Once reviewed and approved, you’ll be able to withdraw the available balance to your account.
When Can I Withdraw My Money from Fourvenues PRO?
You can only withdraw the funds from events that have already taken place, which will be available within 24 to 72 hours,depending on your bank.
