Getting started

Welcome to the chapter on Counts and Reception Details in the Access Control Module at Fourvenues Academy. Let’s begin!

Counts allow you to view the details about the reception of each ticket, list, or pass. You can see who checked them in, the access time, and the tariff details. The process is the same for tickets, guest lists, or passes. Let’s do an example with the ticket service!

How to access the check-in details from PRO

Access the customer list of the event by clicking on the ticket KPI from the calendar.

Once in the sales list, go to the three dots to filter the view information and select “Reception.”

Here you can see how many customers entered, how many scanned, entry time, who checked them in, and the reference PR

You can also check the reception details of a particular tariff, from the three dots > filter > rate, and select the rates you want to display.

Available information about your event check-ins from PRO

1. Information of a specific customer who attended the event:

To see the information of a specific customer, search their name, click on them and go to the “Reception” section where you can find all the information related to the ticket type, access time, and scanner.

2. The order of your event check-ins

You can also sort by “Entry Time” from the customer list, in the three dots in the upper right corner, click on the “Sort by...” button, select “Entry Time,” and click “sort.” This way, you get a chronological view of the attendees with entry to the event.

3. Export attendee lists

It is also useful to know that you can export lists with applied filters from the sales list itself, applying a filter, go to the three dots and select Export to Excel.

Now you know how to check access control counts! If you want to get the most out of Fourvenues Access and take your business to the next level, continue to the next episode. Let’s go!
