Welcome to the Event Breakdown Chapter of the Fourvenues Academy Finance Module Wallet. Let’s begin!
Wallet breakdown procedure in Pro
To access the Wallet, go to “Settings” > “Wallet” > click on the three dots > “Event Breakdown.” It’s important to note that only users with admin and accounting permissions can access this financial data.
Purpose of the wallet breakdown
The event breakdown shows transactions within your specified date range, grouped by event. This allows you to view individual or aggregated totals for transactions during this period.
For example, to view the total processed in July, select “July 1” in the first date box, then “July 31” in the second. You’ll see each event held in that month listed separately.
You’ll find information on amounts processed via the payment gateway, management fees, total fees for name changes, refunds, and the total SMS costs for each event.
Downloading the information
You can download the information in Excel format for more detailed analysis and save it where needed using the button in the top right corner.
