Getting Started
Welcome to the Financial Report Chapter of the Fourvenues Academy Finance Module. Let’s dive in!
Breakdown of Income and Expenses
The Financial Report provides a detailed breakdown of each event’s income and expenses, giving you a clear picture of your event’s earnings.
It’s important to note that the financial report only includes transactions processed through the Fourvenues payment gateway.
Where to Find My Financial Report in Fourvenues PRO
To access the report, go to “Calendar,” select the event you want to review, and once inside, you’ll find the report on the right side of the page.
Financial Report Details
The report includes details on online income, such as the total tickets sold, income from name changes, reservation deposits, processed refunds, and management fees. These fees may be covered by the customer or the organization, depending on how the rate was set up.
Using the Report for Income Declaration
Use this report as a basis to declare income once the event has taken place, following the accrual basis in the General Accounting Plan. This means that although sales may have occurred in previous months, you should declare them on the event date. For this purpose, you should declare “TOTAL ONLINE INCOME” as revenue.
You can also download or print the financial report in PDF format.
Now you know what information is available in the financial report! Continue to the next episode to elevate your business to the next level. Let’s go!
