Getting Started

Welcome to the Invoices Chapter of the Fourvenues Academy Finance Module. Let’s get started!

How to Access Invoices in PRO

To view invoices, go to “Settings” > “Finance” > “Invoices.” Only users with admin and accounting permissions can access this financial data.

Monthly Invoice Issuance

Fourvenues issues monthly invoices for commissions generated on sales made through its platform, regardless of whether the events have taken place.

These invoices only reflect commissions for intermediary services, not the total business revenue, and use the term “Sales Services.”

Fourvenues recognizes revenue at the time of sale, and issued invoices cover all sales completed during the month.

Information Included in Invoices

  • Company tax information (full name or legal entity name, NIF or CIF, tax address)
  • Invoice number and issue date
  • Taxable base
  • VAT (usually 21%, or 0% for Canary Islands companies)

Marketing Campaign Invoices in PRO

If marketing campaigns were conducted during the month, an additional invoice will be issued with the concept “Marketing Services” and the respective amount.

Similarly, if you used one of our Box Office devices, another invoice will be issued with the concept “POS Box Office.”

Viewing and Downloading Invoices

In the “Invoices” panel, you can scroll through years to view all invoices issued during the selected year. You can download and print these invoices.

If you manage multiple businesses under the same company, you can select “View Entire Company” to access all issued invoices collectively.

You can relate invoices from a period to events of that month by using the event breakdown section, filtering the periods as explained in the Wallet chapter.

Invoicing for End Customers

It’s important to note that Fourvenues does not issue invoices directly to end customers. If an end customer requests an invoice, it’s the responsibility of the organizing business to issue it for the total amount paid (ticket + management fees).

Now you know how to view and manage invoices in Fourvenues! Continue to the next episode to take your business to the next level. Let’s go!
