In this module, youβll discover how to set up your withdrawal account, manage funds, and understand the withdrawal process.
To access and manage financial tools, youβll need accounting or admin permissions.
The withdrawal account is the bank account associated with your organization, allowing you to withdraw funds from events that have already taken place. Itβs crucial for this account to match your businessβs tax information and be approved by the financial team. For verification, youβll need to provide your bank ownership certificate.
How to add my withdrawal bank account in Fourvenues Pro
Hereβs how you can add it:
- Go to βSettingsβ and select βWithdrawal Accountsβ on the right side of your screen.
- Click βAdd Bank Accountβ.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Click βSaveβ to submit the request.
Your request will appear in orange, indicating itβs pending review by the Fourvenues financial team. Once reviewed and approved, youβll be able to withdraw the available balance to your account.
When can I withdraw my money from Fourvenues Pro
You can only withdraw the funds from events that have already taken place, which will be available within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your bank.
