Accessing the financial wallet in Pro
To access it, go to the calendar, click on “Settings,” and under Finance, you’ll find your “Wallet.” It’s important to note that only users with admin and accounting permissions have access to these financial details.
Wallet features in Pro
The wallet displays and breaks down various categories of your organization’s financial transactions and reflects your business’s available balance.
The available balance represents the difference between income and expenses processed through the Fourvenues payment gateway. Expenses shown in the wallet include costs for marketing services, payment gateway fees, and other additional services.
The wallet updates daily, showing your current balance and breaking down both positive and negative transactions.
Withdrawing funds from the Pro wallet
To make a total or partial withdrawal of the available balance, you must have included the bank ownership certificate for the account associated with your tax details, and it must be approved by the financial department.
Withdrawal procedure
Click on the “Send Money” button in the top right corner, where you’ll see the available balance for withdrawal, representing funds from events already completed. You’ll also see the collected balance for events that have not yet occurred. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, select your withdrawal account, add a description, and click “Continue.”
Transaction filtering in the Pro wallet
The wallet’s filters allow you to choose which categories and dates you want to view. You can customize the display by using the “Filter” button in the top right corner.
The date filter allows you to select the time period you want to review, and the category filter lets you decide which categories to display, such as withdrawals. This way, only movements related to the selected category will be shown.
