Fists steps

Welcome to the Paylinks chapter of the Fourvenues Academy Ticket Module. In this chapter you will learn how to generate sales through the Paylinks service. Let’s get started!

Activate payment by link

Pay per link or Paylink allows users and external collaborators to create single-use activation links and send them to customers to complete the purchase process. To enable this type of sale, go to the configuration of the tariff in question and from the Options tab, activate the Pay per link option.

Sells for paylinks

To make a paylink sale, from the list of events, select New Customer in the event of your choice. Now, select the tariff that has the paylink mode activated and complete the form fields with the customer’s details: telephone number, email and the channel through which you want to be notified (SMS or Whatsapp). You can also indicate the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased through this link.

The customer receives, via the indicated notification channel, SMS or WhatsApp, a direct link to the ticket purchase process. Once the link has been used in a purchase, even if not all of the permitted tickets have been purchased, the Paylink will be invalidated.

Check the status of your paylinks

You can check the status of the payment links you have sent by clicking from the list of tickets in the main screen of an event, on the 3 points and then on payment links. This allows you to see the total number of links sent, the total number of tickets requested and the total number of tickets purchased. To perform actions such as cancelling or resending a paylink, click on the first customer identification field (email or e-mail), then on the three dots and then on resend / cancel. From this same mode it is possible to modify the information of the customer, contact number and email.

You are now an expert in Paylink sales! If you want to continue to get the most out of Fourvenues PRO and take your business to the next level, continue with the next episode. Let’s go!
