Export list of tickets

To export the tickets of an event, access the list of tickets from the event screen, click on the 3 dots and then click on Export. It is possible to export a list of tickets by applying a filter beforehand. The exported list will show all the information collected for each of the tickets.

Import list of tickets

If you want to import tickets to an event, click on the 3 dots and click on import. In the popup that appears you will be able to download the import template that you will have to fill in with the required data.

Next, choose the tariff on which you want to import, which must have been previously created. You can indicate if the import is from an external collaboration.
Attach the file (csv or excel format) making sure that the columns are in the same order so that the platform can detect them correctly. After saving, you will see the list of imported tickets with an icon next to the name of the client.

Imported tickets will affect the KPI of the event dashboard, which will show the total amount collected across all types of sales made.
